Rest assured, only our team will have access to your personal information. We will share your data exclusively with a veterinarian in emergency situations and will not disclose it to any third parties.

Your data will be securely stored as long as you remain an active customer. After the cancellation of our services or one year of inactivity, your data will be properly disposed of without any intention of retention.
